Move beyond what’s holding you back from the quality of life you deserve.

Does your past keep getting in the way of the present?
The anxiety and depression that surface, especially in times of stress, remind you that the difficult things from your past aren’t fully behind you. It feels like there’s still trauma there, lodged deep in your body, affecting your ability to truly experience and enjoy life. You wish you could move beyond just surviving and feel free of this burden that’s held you back for so long.
You might be struggling with feelings of never being good enough or like you’re “missing out” on what life has to offer. There’s a sense of grief for what you’ve lost, and a deep desire to break free from the chains of your past. You’re seeking a space where you can process everything you’ve been through, to finally heal those unresolved hurts that continue to affect your relationships, self-esteem, and presence in everyday life.
You’re ready to do more than just talk. You’re ready for deeper healing and a future where you can thrive and experience a sense of joy and purpose again.
It’s time to return your mind and body to balance.

Perhaps life is not just about “getting yourself together,” like you have been told… but about learning to embrace all of the many pieces, the fragments that make the whole.

How therapy For Trauma works
Healing trauma isn’t just about understanding what happened. It’s about creating a new experience—one that rewires your nervous system, reclaims your sense of self, and reconnects you to joy.
My approach to trauma therapy blends powerful, evidence-based models that support deep, lasting change: AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), a somatic, body-based method. Both emphasize your innate resilience and capacity to heal—not just cope.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR WORK TOGETHER:
Undoing Aloneness: Trauma often forms in isolation. We begin by creating a secure, attuned relationship where you feel truly seen and supported. AEDP focuses on healing through connection—helping the parts of you that didn’t get what they needed finally receive compassion, presence, and care.
Emotional Processing + Inner Child Work: We’ll gently access and process the emotions that were too overwhelming to face at the time of the trauma. This might include tending to your “inner child” or other wounded aspects of self. AEDP helps unlock healing by allowing these parts to experience something new—connection, safety, and repair.
Somatic Resilience & Nervous System Balance: With the Trauma Resiliency Model, we work directly with your body’s stress response. You’ll learn how to recognize when your nervous system is out of balance—and how to bring it back into regulation. This isn’t just talk therapy; it’s about feeling safer in your own body.
Integration of Mind, Body, and Emotions: By combining somatic and relational approaches, we support healing on all levels—emotional, physical, and psychological. You’ll start to feel more aligned with your authentic self, rather than trapped in old survival patterns.
