ANXIETY & DEPRESSION THERAPIST BASED IN PASADENA & ONLINE ACROSS CA
Feel more at ease in body & mind.
It feels like you’ve mastered the art of “suffering in silence.”
You’ve been holding it together for so long—but inside, it feels like you're barely getting by.
The racing thoughts. The tightness in your chest. The fog that never lifts. You might feel stuck in your head one moment and completely numb the next. You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering how much longer you can keep going like this.
Maybe you’re still showing up for work, for others, for your responsibilities—but deep down, you feel disconnected from everything that used to bring you joy. You might find yourself thinking: “What’s wrong with me? Why does everything feel so heavy?”
You’ve tried to push through. To stay busy. To keep smiling. But the anxiety and depression are no longer things you can ignore.
Deep down, you know you can’t keep going on like this.
You’re ready to feel like yourself again.
Just because no one else sees you struggling doesn’t mean what you’re experiencing isn’t real.
You don’t have to go through this Alone.
HOW IT WORKS
A whole person approach to healing
In this work, I’m not a passive observer—I walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and steady presence. Our sessions are interactive and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I draw from a blend of approaches that support healing on multiple levels:
Somatic Therapy including the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) – to help you tune into your body’s cues, release stored stress, and build lasting skills to regulate your nervous system and feel more balanced and resilient.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) – to gently uncover and transform emotional pain through real-time healing experiences.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. We’ll work together to tailor therapy to your lived experience, your goals, and your pace. You’ll learn practical tools to bring more calmness and clarity into your life—tools that not only reduce symptoms but help you reconnect with your full self.
When life feels overwhelming and your nervous system is out of balance, it’s natural to feel like something’s wrong. But these are signals—not failures. They’re your body and mind’s way of asking for care and support. And choosing to listen to those signals is a powerful first step toward healing.
You might feel like you’re always in overdrive—tense, worried, and unable to rest. Or perhaps the weight of everything leaves you feeling shut down, flat, or unmotivated. Sometimes, it swings between both. This can make it hard to feel present, hopeful, or like yourself at all.
These patterns are often your nervous system doing what it had to do to cope. But with the right support, you can start to soothe those responses, feel more grounded, and come back into balance.

BEGIN YOUR PATH TOWARD RELIEF
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to keep being the strong one. Where your nervous system can finally exhale, your story is honored, and your feelings are met with care.
You don’t have to have it all figured out here. Just come as you are. Together, we’ll create space for healing—and for something new to take root.
Over time, you may begin to:
Understand your patterns and why you feel the way you do
Reduce anxious spirals and feel more calm, clear, and grounded
Feel more emotionally present and connected
Experience relief from the heaviness of depression
Reconnect with a sense of purpose, energy, and joy
Build emotional resilience to meet life with more confidence and strength
Speak to yourself with more kindness and self-compassion

Frequently asked questions
-
If you feel constantly on edge, numb, or exhausted—and it’s starting to affect how you work, relate, or care for yourself—it may be time to reach out. Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to feel like yourself again.
-
This is incredibly common. Many clients are successful on the outside, but feel lost or stuck inside. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform—you get to be real, and supported, just as you are.
-
No. You don’t need to meet any criteria to seek support. If something doesn’t feel right inside, that’s reason enough to reach out.
-
Yes. Anxiety and depression often show up in the body—tight muscles, racing heart, digestive issues, exhaustion. Because I integrate somatic therapy, we’ll pay close attention to how stress and emotions live in your body. Over time, as you learn to soothe your nervous system and shift old patterns, many clients notice real, physical relief.
