If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know something needs to change, therapy can help. It offers a confidential space where you can be seen, heard, and supported—without needing to hold it all together.
Even with caring people in your life, it’s not always easy to talk about what’s really going on. In therapy, we focus on you—your story, your emotions, your healing. With the right support, you can build insight, resilience, and the capacity to move through life with more ease and clarity.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might be a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.

Online therapy makes it easy and convenient to connect from wherever you are. We’ll meet through a secure, user-friendly video platform. Our sessions are a safe space to talk openly, work through challenges, and build tools to help you move forward.
Online therapy can be just as effective as meeting in person, and your privacy is always protected with HIPAA-compliant technology.
That said, online therapy isn’t the best fit for everyone. If you’re going through a crisis or having thoughts of suicide, connecting with in-person support or a local crisis service may offer the immediate care and safety you need.

Therapy offers a supportive space to explore what’s been feeling overwhelming, stuck, or painful. In our first few sessions, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping might feel different. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and move at a pace that feels respectful of where you are.
Healing is a process that honors both your feelings and your body. Though it can sometimes feel challenging, it opens the door to greater self-awareness and resilience—helping you build the foundation to heal, grow, and truly thrive.

The length of therapy depends on your unique situation—the nature of the challenges you’re facing, your life circumstances, how often we meet, and the work you’re able to do between sessions. Regular, consistent meetings often help build steady progress. Research shows many people notice meaningful shifts within 12 to 16 sessions, though some struggles—especially those rooted in deep trauma or long-standing patterns—may require more time to create safety, trust, and lasting change.
Therapy is a personal journey, and everyone’s experience is different. It’s a collaborative process, and we’ll work together as partners, regularly checking in to ensure the pace and length feel right and supportive for you.

That’s more common than you think—and it doesn’t mean you failed or that therapy can’t work for you. Sometimes the approach wasn’t the right fit, or it wasn’t the right time. My style is warm, engaged, and relational. You won’t be doing this alone, and we’ll move at a pace that honors your capacity and your story.
