Notes on Healing, Connection, and Being Human
Reflections on the inner work of growth, resilience, and the courage to heal.
I’ve been told that I should write blogs for my website, pieces on topics that might resonate with the people who find their way here. But the truth is, this has been hard for me. I’ve never thought of myself as much of a writer, and the idea of producing posts simply because I’m “supposed to” felt uninspiring and a little discouraging.
As I sat with it, I realized that we live in a world where you can Google almost anything and find endless information. What could I possibly say that hasn’t already been covered somewhere else? But then I noticed something. What draws me in as a reader isn’t perfectly crafted advice or neatly packaged answers—it’s the real, lived experiences people are willing to share, their honesty, their humanity, their healing.
So instead of forcing myself into topics that don’t light anything up inside me, I’ve decided to write about what genuinely matters to me. What resonates in my own heart and feels connected to my life, my work, and my ongoing healing. It will likely be a slow, steady process, and I may not update as often as I’d like. I’m choosing to move at a pace that feels honest and grounded.
My hope is that somewhere in these reflections, you’ll find something that meets you where you are—something that helps you feel less alone, or simply something that speaks to you in a meaningful way.
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
When You Feel Like Something Is Wrong With You
So many people quietly carry the belief that something is wrong with them. In this gentle opening post, I share a personal moment that changed my healing journey and what I’ve learned about self-worth, connection, and feeling enough. I hope it offers softness and companionship wherever you are in your story.
