I am here to walk alongside you as you begin to gently untangle the old patterns and pain that still live in your body and your story.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that meaningful healing happens through relationship—in spaces where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Many of the people I work with did not grow up with that kind of support. That is why our work together is not just about talking things through. It is about creating a felt experience of connection that is safe, authentic, and healing—perhaps in a way you have not known before.

I offer a gentle, body-based approach that helps you tune into your inner experience, make sense of your emotions, and reconnect with who you are beneath the layers of stress and survival. As we work together, you will begin to learn practical ways to calm your body when things feel too much—tangible tools to help steady your nervous system, feel more grounded, and meet life with more clarity and ease.

We will explore what has been painful—and what is possible—at a pace that honors your capacity and your courage. You do not need to have it all together. You are welcome to come just as you are.
